General Use of Sevices

 

By using the NJC Homeware website, you agree to comply with all rules and policies. NJC Homeware reserves the right to change these rules and policies at any time. You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity.

• Use the website for illegal purposes.

• Interfere with or disrupt other users.

• Use the website other than in accordance with applicable laws.

NJC Homeware reserves the right to monitor your use of the website and take any action it deems appropriate. Use of the website is limited to authorized users.

Account

• You can create an account with a username, password, and other required info.

• NJC Homeware may ask you to update your information at any time.

• You're responsible for keeping your account secure and notifying NJC Homeware of any security concerns.

 

Account responsibility:

• You're responsible for all actions taken using your account.

• You agree to indemnify NJC Homeware for any losses caused by your account.

 

Account termination:

• NJC Homeware can terminate your account for various reasons, such as inactivity, violating terms, illegal activity, having multiple accounts, excessive orders, or legal issues.

Privacy

Using the NJC Homeware website means you agree to them collecting and using your personal information as described in their Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Everything on the NJC Homeware website (logos, designs, text, etc.) belongs to them or their partners. Don't copy it, alter it, or share it without their permission.

Limitation of Liability

NJC Homeware doesn't guarantee the website's accuracy, security, or uninterrupted service. They're not responsible for any issues that might arise from using the website, including data loss, errors, or problems with other websites it links to.

SHIPPING

We deliver within Davao City, Panabo City, and Tagum City, subject to product availability and selected shipping options. Some items may have shipping restrictions. Delivery estimates are provided, but delays can occur, for which we will notify you via call, text, or Facebook Messenger. NJC Homeware is not liable for delays.

Shipping rates are based on quantity and distance from our store to the customer’s location. Customers can also arrange pickup with their preferred delivery service.

Alternatively, customers can pick up orders at the nearest NJC Homeware branch with available stock, provided proof of payment is presented. Cash on delivery (COD) or unpaid orders cannot be picked up. NJC Homeware reserves the right to decline service without proof of payment.

We will notify you via Call/SMS or Facebook messenger when your order is ready for shipping, delivery, or pickup at the nearest NJC Homeware branch. Confirmation is required within three (2) days of notification. Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled once made and confirmed, except under the following circumstances:

Illegal, fraudulent, or suspicious activity associated with the Account.

System, server, or connection failure, error, interruption, delay, computer virus, or other malicious code affecting order integrity or the Website.

Force Majeure events rendering the transaction impossible or illegal.

Failure to pay or provide proof of payment to AllHome within 24 hours of order placement.

Failure to confirm the order within three (2) days of receipt of notification from AllHome regarding shipping or delivery readiness.

For payments via bank deposit, GCash, or PayMaya, proof of payment must be emailed to nephijaromc@gmail.com within 24 hours of order placement.

General Provisions:

Our rights and remedies under these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and in addition to any legal or equitable rights.

Failure to enforce these terms does not waive our right to enforce them later.

If any provision becomes illegal or invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

We may seek immediate relief for breaches or non-performance.

We reserve the right to modify these terms, with changes becoming effective upon notification.

Errors in our documents are subject to correction without liability.

Records maintained by us are binding and conclusive.

We may delegate functions related to the Website as needed.

Assignment of rights requires our written consent.

We are not liable for events beyond our control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Philippine law.

 

Voucher Terms and Conditions:

Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid for a single transaction only.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used together.

Vouchers are not valid during sales or special promotions.

Expiry date extensions are not permitted.

NJC Homeware is not liable for lost voucher codes or redemption errors.

Vouchers must be redeemed through the Website, unless stated otherwise.
