We take responsibility for our mistakes, so if you receive the wrong item or a damaged one, we'll make sure returning it is hassle-free by covering the shipping costs.
For customers who opt for delivery, it is necessary for the customer themselves to inspect the product upon arrival at their location. The item can only be returned if it is damaged during the inspection process.
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or receipt of the item/s.
